My Cumberland Goodwill is published by Cumberland Goodwill EMS, a Pennsylvania nonprofit. This policy describes what the app collects and how it is used.
What the app collects
Email address. If you sign in as a member, we use the email you enter to match your membership record. Sign-in links are sent to that address.
Membership status. Signed-in members see their membership status, which is read from our donor management system. It is cached on your device so your card works offline.
Usage analytics. The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used. This includes device identifiers and coarse usage data. It never includes your health information.
What the app does not collect
No health records, no location tracking, no contact lists, no advertising identifiers. Dispatch information shown in the feed is already public and de-identified before it reaches the app.
Payments
Membership purchases and renewals are processed by Qgiv on their secure pages. Ambulance bill payments are processed by our billing offices on their own portals. The app never sees or stores card numbers.
Data retention and deletion
You can reset the app at any time from More, then Settings, then Reset app. This signs you out everywhere and deletes the app's data for your account, including wallet card registrations. Membership and donation records are retained by Cumberland Goodwill EMS as required for nonprofit record keeping.
